“Eva Umlauf: Her Testimony” is a virtual reality experience about Holocaust survivor Dr. Eva Umlauf. In cooperation with the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute (HHI) Berlin, she was recorded volumetrically in the Volucap studio in Potsdam. Eva Umlauf talks about her life in three episodes. The volumetric recordings were enhanced with further information and media about the war and post-war periods. The result is a freely accessible experiential space which combines biographical and historical information, where learners can engage with the lasting effects of the Holocaust.
